about

The Intergalactic Epic Trilogy is an exploration of my own spiritual life through metaphorical encounters with alien civilizations and space travel. Did they actually happen? If I told you, you'd already be dead. Part three takes place in a future where Earth has become so polluted that there are no plants left. It begins as a scientist is beholding the foreign skies of another planet from his ship's window. He hopes to find plants with his team of botanists and space explorers so that Earth can be saved.

lyrics

Open my eyes, orange skies
Filled with moons of every tint.
Engine sparks, she's traveled far
Six million light-years spent, spent, spent.

Five years ago Earth ran out of green
Pollution filled the sky like heavy cream.
But we didn’t lose our dreams
We built a ship filled with the Earth’s best botanists.

They were in space for five straight years
But they never lost hope and a planet appeared.
The ship’s door opened and dust sailed past;
Time to get out the oxygen masks singing

We will never give up, Earth is the home we love.
We will never give up, Earth is the home we love.
Fathers and mothers appear before our eyes
Motivating us to find new life.

Well they walked on the ground of the planet they found
It was empty and bare, they didn’t hear a sound
But they came a crater with rising steam
At the bottom there was a flowing stream.
Filled with plants of every type
They fell to their knees and began to cry.
Time to fly back to earth with hope for the race
And a bounty of plants in a glass case singing

We will never give up, Earth is the home we love.
We will never give up, Earth is the home we love.

Surrender is impossible if your love is pure
No matter how big the sickness, it implies the cure.

The heart is an open eye
That beholds all of life
And there is a love inside
That never, never, never, never dies.

Open my eyes, blue skies
Ain't seen since God knows when
Engine yells she served us well
Back on Earth again, again, again.
